Artificial intelligence (AI) describes the ability of computer systems to learn and adapt without following explicit instructions. The consequence is a self-learning system that can make precise decisions or predictions based on a wide range of data.
AI will take more and more routine work away from humans, thereby speeding up production and work processes and freeing them from so-called human error. In addition, computers are able to evaluate gigantic amounts of data faster and more efficiently, and then make logical decisions based on the data.
In the first step, we capture the exact needs and evaluate to what extent AI can be used appropriately for this purpose, whether an entire system is to be created or AI should only be an integrative component, for example in an app.
In the next step, we then develop an AI model and train it with data until it can deliver precise results that are above a predefined threshold (e.g. > 99% accuracy in detecting anomalies in images).
